Namibia clearly distinguishes itself from all other African safari destinations. Its magical desert landscapes seem to come from another world. You will experience views of endless red sand dunes over a bright blue sky and - if you come at the right time of year - see the surreal transformation of the Namib Desert during the rainy season.

A Namibian safari will capture the imagination of even the most experienced travelers. It may not offer the sighting of as many animals as in the greenest countries of Africa, but you will still find a lot of wildlife. Our expert guides will give you the opportunity to see the rare creatures living within this stunning desert environment: the handsome Oryx with its big horns, the black rhino in its Namibian appearance and adapted to the desert, and the cunning Namibian fox with its bat ears.

However, those who have best adapted to desert life are the human natives of Namibia. The Himba with their Ocher hair, the Damara with their dancing and singing rituals, the San Bush of the Kalahari and the German descendants of Swakopmund. They all have their homes and their diverse cultures built around these arid lands.
