Zanzibar is an archipelago formed by the islands of Unguja, Pemba, and several other islets. It is characterized by its beautiful sandy beaches with exotic coral reefs, warm light blue waters, idyllic islands, excellent reefs for snorkeling and diving, fantastic fishing activities on the high seas and many opportunities to do water sports.

It is said that Zanzibar has some of the best places to dive in the world, and the coral reef structures that surround Unguja and Pemba ensure that marine life is abundant. The good visibility (20 - 60 meters) and an average water temperature of 27 ° C throughout the year, guarantee that you’ll enjoy your diving experience in Zanzibar.

In addition to its beaches, Zanzibar has a tremendous amount of culture to offer. With its mystical, ancient charm and exotic mix of Arab, African and European influences, Stone Town is the historical and cultural heart of Zanzibar. Tangled alleys have seemingly been designed to get lost and there is something intriguing in every cobbled corner: contemplate the intricate doors and ornate mosques, barter coffee from local merchants or discover the ghosts of the past in one or two museums.

Zanzibar, with its beautiful white beaches and its relaxed atmosphere, is the perfect complement to a luxurious safari in Kenya or Tanzania.
